How does the 16-week hire work? +
Lock in 16 weeks (about 4 months) upfront and save 30% on everything — hire rates, setup and removal. After that you continue at the discounted ongoing rate.
Do I need power on site? +
Not for the solar kits — both run fully off-grid. The 240v Kit needs a site outlet and saves you the solar hardware cost.
Can I watch the cameras on my phone? +
Yes — live view and playback through the free Hik-Connect app on iOS and Android (TP-Link kit uses the VIGI app).
What if there’s no mobile signal? +
Our industrial Teltonika router and high-gain antenna handle weak-signal areas. For zero-coverage sites we offer Starlink — mention it in your quote request.
Who maintains the equipment? +
Every hire is fully maintained by Macktronix. If it faults, we fix or replace it — no charge.
Can my cameras be professionally monitored? +
Yes — any hire can be upgraded to proactive video monitoring through our partners’ ASIAL Grade A1 control room, with guard response available. Mention monitoring in your quote request and we’ll price it for your site.

  • Cameras & Storage: Utilises our Premium Dual Camera Solution to achieve a comprehensive 270° field of view via 2x 4K 8MP ColorVu Series Cameras with edge recording.
  • Connectivity: Equipped with our Industrial Grade Teltonika RUT951 4G Router and a High Gain Blackhawk MIMO Omni Antenna package.
  • Optional — Fully Alarmed Interior: Add a commercial-grade back-to-base alarm inside the container, with monitoring available through our partners’ ASIAL Grade A1 control room.
  • Optional — Canopy Protection Zone: Adding a canopy? Extend the alarm with a second detection zone and third camera covering the bay — park excavators, trailers and plant inside an alarmed, camera-verified area.
